Conductive Coating
On request, an optional thin conductive coating can be applied
- thin Al, ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) or Carbon layer applied on the entrance window of detectors

very thin conductive coating of ITO of thickness of less than 5 nm

other conductive coatings of Au, Cr, Al, ITO, and others applied on scintillator or light guide.

Zr layer as entrance window for EUV radiation
Reflection Coating
-
optional mirror layer of Al, Au or dielectric
- optional diffuse reflection layer (white painting) with respect to luminescence wavelength
Antireflection Coating
An optional antireflection layer (AR) can be applied on request. The AR coating is optimized for a given light wavelength.
Grid
An optional grid, patterns or marks can be made on the surface of scintillators. Typical width of line is 50 ?m. On request, other widths can also be made. This is usually used for beam inspection detectors. The grid is resistant to common organic solvents like ethanol and acetone.
