CRY019 - The new scintillation material

CRY19 is a new mixed rare-earth silicate single crystal, high density (7.1 g/cm3) scintillation material featuring high light yield and short decay time (41 ns). Scintillation emission wavelength is about 420 nm which is preferred for use in PMT readout. It is preferably used for gamma ray detectors, PET and SPECT matrices and high spatial resolution imaging screens for X-ray, gamma and beta rays.
